Do you have rooms with sea views?

No, the hotel is located near Poniente beach, but we do not have rooms with sea views.

In the information section says that the entry time is from 16 hrs, could not enter Check-in time is from 16 hrs, could not enter before?

The Check-in time are from 4pm, but we deliver the rooms as soon as they are ready, we can’t guarantee entry to a previous time, with exceptions.

Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately we do not accept pets, and we can not make exceptions even if it is a small animal.

Are there towels and toiletries in the rooms?

Yes, the rooms have towels, as well as a set of complimentary toiletries (gel, shampoo and soap)
